In 2011, leveraging this experience, we created our first proprietary blend. We didn't just sell coffee: we meticulously studied every detail to offer a cup that mirrored our passion and constant pursuit of superior quality.
The Heart of Production: 100% Traditional
2020 marked our decisive turning point with the opening of our in-house roastery in Caraffa di Catanzaro. This investment allowed us to reclaim the ancient ritual of traditional roasting, directly controlling every phase: from the selection of green beans to the roasting curves.
